- What happens if my customer makes an order?
After the order is made, automatically generated email about this order in PDF file is sent to the customer. At the same time CMS receives a new order with all necessary information.
- Who sets up the products?
You or designated person. Product portfolio is fully directed by you.

- What is the output of the orders?
Order has 2 outputs – first one is generated for customers in PDF file, second one is generated for you in the Order module. Here you will find order preview with all information, which are zipped.
- Is printing ready right after order?
This is not possible. Final preparation for printing or embroidery (or any kind of personalization) has to be prepared by hand. Of course, you have all information from the order (preview of customised product, colours of fonts and graphics, and also an original image if it was uploaded.
- What kind of personalization can we set up in uCreator?
Application allows setting of any form of personalization, whether it is print, embroidery, engravin or, sandblasting. It is on your own discretion how you want to call any kind of personalization. |

The pictures of products are in .jpg or .png format. It is highly recommended to use jpg, format because this format is smaller then png. format.

You can add the graphics to uCreator very easily through CMS. It is up to you, what graphics you will add to application.
- Where can I use uCreator?
It should be mentioned that uCreator is developed not only for websites. You can offer this service also in your store. The biggest benefit for you results from the situation, when you offer uCreator on your website and also in your Store.
- Is there any way how to pay online?
No, it is not included into the basic package. This should be an individual request. Let us know and we will prepare it for you.
